feel dizzy

I enjoyed for today's` class. we laughed so much. i felt tired and still worried about the presentation for ec class. i do not know how to start and how to write. I need to conclude from the article  or I need to take one subtopic then i elaborate it?? this is my problem. my friends also do not know how to do it too. what to do??? <the best answer is you need to sleep> =)))
